Monday Evening Class for Beginners

I have taken the plunge and decided to open up my home studio in the evening to beginners.

This new class on a Monday evening will be specifically for new students to yoga, with a view to moving the students towards a safe practise in the calm and quiet space of my home studio.

There will be a maximum of 8 students that night and therefore the places are limited. Students will get plenty of time for learning, building strength and stamina with relaxation and adjustments. There will be a friendly learning atmosphere, where all questions will be welcomed.

Students need to learn the postures in their own time, developing understanding and self awareness. This process will be individual and gradual with some people moving faster and others taking a little longer. There is no formula to learning and sometimes those who take longer understand how to do the work better. When understanding is achieved and the postures have been learned it will be time to move onto the general class and then eventually  an intermediate class.

NOTE: As soon as I announced this class it filled up quickly, but it's worth asking if there is space as I will make a waiting list and call if a place becomes available. I will always try and accommodate people who would like to try the class, so please call as I may be able to fit you in.
