Lisa teaches in Bushey Heath, near Watford and East Finchley, north London.

Students come from Bushey, Watford, Elstree, Aldenham, Radlett. Mill Hill, Borehamwood, Stanmore, Edgware, North Harrow, Northwood, Pinner, Eastcote, Hertfordshire and Middlesex.

Yoga is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures, and meditation that has been practiced for more than 5,000 years.

Through yoga it may be possible to begin to realize the capabilities of your mind and body. With regular practice, your every day life has the capability to transform through the knowledge and personal understanding you may gain over time.

In an Iyengar yoga class, precise instruction is given, errors are corrected.

Yoga has been known to improve concentration, flexibility, muscle tone, confidence, positivity and general well being
