Lisa teaches 1-2-1 clients in the garden or studio by arrangement.
Before May 17, a medical recommendation letter is required after that all 1-2-1 classes are allowed both indoors and outdoors.

Yoga is a system of healing yourself and improving through practise of postures and learning
Lisa teaches in Bushey Heath, which is located near Watford, Hertfordshire and is situated close to Stanmore in North London, Middlesex. Easily Accessible from Stanmore tube station, the 142 and 248 bus and a close drive from the A41 and the M1, Junction 5.
During lockdown Lisa has been teaching online and when the rules allow, is offering limited in-person places, with distancing and safety measures.

Yoga is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures, and meditation that has been practiced for more than 5,000 years.

In an Iyengar yoga class, precise instruction is given, errors are corrected.
