3. COMPLETE BEGINNER 6 week course - £25 pre-recorded

  • 1-2-1 online alignment assessment and goal setting meeting

  • 6 x foundation course ZOOM online group classes

  • Online support and access a small community of like-minded people

  • Access to class recordings for one year

4. PRIVATE 1-2-1, by arrangement, call Lisa on 07963 833188

5. Work Place Classes/ Postural and workstation Assessments/ Workshops

Get an expert to your place of work and create a healthy program for your staff.

Comply to and exceed your Health and Safety requirements.

Regular ongoing yoga or pranayama sessions can be scheduled or a 'health check' of your working environment can be of massive benefit to employee motivation and mental well-being .

Guide to levels

  • Level 1 - Beginner - No experience required, great for complete beginners

  • Level 2 - General - Open to anyone, more difficult poses will be taught

  • Level 3 - Intermediate - Minimum 2 years Iyengar yoga class experience required

  • Pranayama - All welcome, with a recommendation to work alongside yoga class if possible.
